To enjoy your Lilly Beauty experience to the full we ask you to:

Arrive on time for your appointment so that you can relax and enjoy the complete Lilly Beauty experience.

Turn off your mobile telephone before your treatment begins.

Give us 24 hours notice if you wish to cancel or reschedule your appointment, or you may be charged 50% of the treatment fee or the full amount if the slot cannot be rebooked.

 

 

Gift Vouchers

 

 Lilly Beauty regrets that we cannot take any responsibility for lost gift vouchers so please look after them and ensure that they are presented at the time of your treatment - regrettably we make no exceptions to this policy. Gift vouchers expire after 6 months.



 

 

Contra-indications

 

We do not recommend waxing or facials directly before or after any form of heat treatment.

To gain maximum benefits from essential and aromatherapy oils, we suggest you avoid showering and bathing for 3-4 hours after treatments using these and even leave the oils on overnight if you can.

Avoid drinking alcohol after an aromatherapy massage and ensure you drink plenty of water following your treatment.

If you have any allergies, particularly to nuts, seafood or wheat, you may be asked to take a patch test prior to any skin treatments.

If you suffer from skin sensitivity, severe contact eczema, dermatitis or psoriasis we may ask you to take a patch test prior to any skin treatments.

We do not recommend pedicures if you suffer from athletes foot, verrucae or fungal infections.

We do not recommend aromatherapy treatments if you are within the first three months of pregnancy.

We at lilly Beauty will collect your data to ensure we can safely perform your treatment & to be able to contact you with regards to appointments. We need to store this data to comply with our public liability insurance & to be able to safely continue treatments & keep records of all products used should any issues/allergies/problems arise.  We will store this data in a locked cabinet that only we have access to and we will not share this data with any third parties.  We will store this data for 7 years to comply with our insurance company but it will be reviewed on a yearly basis where you can opt out , if you choose to opt out we will have to keep your data on file for insurance purposes.  You can opt out at any time by contacting us in writing to Lilly Beauty, 34 New Road, Bourne End, Bucks, SL8 5BH.  If you decide to opt out and withdraw consent we will no longer be able to perform any treatments on you.  You will need to have read and understood these before you sign the form as it acts as a contract & gives consent.
